Instructions | Please define/describe your thoughts and beliefs on the following questions. |
Who is Jesus Christ to you? | Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, sent by God in human flesh to die for our sins, so that those who believe in Him can have eternal life in communion with God. |
How does a person become Christian? | A person becomes a Christian by accepting the Gospel and repenting of their sins. The Gospel says that Jesus was born, died for our sins, was raised to life, and ascended into heaven to heaven to be with God, His father. Christians believe the only path to the Father is through Christ. |
Describe your beliefs about the Bible: | I believe the bible is God's word and roadmap for our lives as Christians. I believe the contents of the bible were written with divine intervention and are true. The bible is a source of true wisdom and absolute gateway to hearing from our Father. |
Describe your beliefs about the Holy Spirit: | The Holy Spirit, the spirit of God himself, comes to live inside of us when we confess our faith in Christ. When we are reborn in the Spirit, we are no longer of the flesh, we are a new creation in Him and of the Spirit. |
Briefly describe your personal faith testimony, your spiritual journey, and current walk with Christ: | I was born and raised Catholic. I was a practicing Catholic for 33 years until I moved out of my hometown in 2009, came into a new found relationship with Christ in 2010, and was baptised in Jan. of 2011. After I walked through a divorce in 2014, I dug in deep to exploring my faith a deeper level than ever before. Ever since then, my faith walk has grown year after year. I have also walked through many challenging circumstances since then, walking in communion with God through them all. |
Describe your Life Coaching practice/ministry and how you incorporate biblical principles, as well as spiritual practices and disciplines in your coaching activities (e.g., prayer, the use of Scripture, meditation, worship, solitude, etc.) | My new coaching practice centers around relationships, divorce, and life after trauma, all areas I have a significant amount of real life experience, exposure to, and have done many hours of work around. While working with a client, our plans for goal achievment are always rooted in God's wisdom found in scripture. I also like to share sermons and videos that have helped me in the past understand biblical concepts that are fundemental in carrying out a plan of action. I plan on adding an experiential aspect to my coaching similiar to what is used in the counseling arena, just more geared toward coaching. |
