Describe your Life Coaching practice/ministry and how you incorporate biblical principles, as well as spiritual practices and disciplines in your coaching activities (e.g., prayer, the use of Scripture, meditation, worship, solitude, etc.) | My Scriptural anchor is Psalms 16: 8 " I have set the Lord always before me, because he is at my right hands I shall not be moved." After I gave my life to Christ, this scripture has been my mantra. It has helped me developed a solid relationship with God as I place less trust in Men but all of my hope in Christ depended on him for everything. My Life coaching and practice was a foundation that is undoubtedly reliant on Christ and this I teach in words, principle and practice. It is a scriptural practice I ensure daily an I have not at any point deterred. directed others to solely depended on God This has helped me to woven a God only. All coaching sessions are grounded in biblical teachings. This involves using scripture as a lens for understanding personal challenges and opportunities, helping clients and followers align their goals with God’s purpose for their lives. Each session begins and ends with prayer. This invites God's presence, seeking guidance and wisdom. Followers are encouraged to pray for discernment and clarity regarding their goals and challenges. They are are guided in meditating on specific verses that resonate with their life circumstances. This practice helps them internalize biblical truths and apply them to their daily lives. Coaching includes setting not just personal or professional goals, but also spiritual ones such as growing in faith, serving others, or deepening their prayer life. There are regular check-ins and follow ups to related to spiritual disciplines, like reading the Bible, attending church, or engaging in communal worship, provide accountability and encouragement. I integrate spiritual disciplines and biblical principles to facilitate growth, healing, and alignment with God’s will, creating a supportive environment for transformation in my coaching. Some of the scriptures aside from Psalms 16:8 that feature mostly for me and helped me better enlighten my followers are Jeremiah 29: 11 " I know the thoughts I think towards you, thought of good and not of evil." Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Romans 12: 2"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
