Field Experience Description | My experience is from 01-22 till present with 9 current clients. Experience stems from moving clients on to future well-being and a walk with Christ our heavenly Lord, teaching scriptures of the bible to show and prove how to move forward from their current state of mind, setting goals to take those steps, Giving homework for self-discovery such as journaling, writing down the experience and showing where they need to go from that point to a better well being in the future. Most thanks to God's gift given to me to give him all the glory, these steps have proven effective to all but two clients. However, these clients were not at all motivated to move forward in their lives to better themselves and to effectively set goals or do homework as stated. I can give evidence of hours upon request.

Instructions | Please define/describe your thoughts and beliefs on the following questions.
Who is Jesus Christ to you? | Jesus Christ is my lord and Savior, and he is the light, the truth, and the life. I believe in him with all my heart. He is the son of our father, part of the trinity. He paid for our sins on the cross, cheated death, and came back to life and took his seat at the right hand of God.
How does a person become Christian? | Asks, then follows his heart, and gets baptized. Then lives a live according to the bible.
Describe your beliefs about the Bible: | it is the living word of God, to guide us here on earth till we go to heaven. It is the owner's manual for life.
Describe your beliefs about the Holy Spirit: | The holy spirit works with us, walks with us guides us protects us and is used by God to help you do your gift of helping others
Briefly describe your personal faith testimony, your spiritual journey, and current walk with Christ: | In my teens, I was mad at God. He took my 6-month-old son from me in a car wreck when I was a US Marine in 1990. Then I became a FF/Paramedic with the Havelock community FD in 1990. When I got off active duty right after the 1st Gulf War in 1993, I was fortunate enough to get a job with the City of Batavia Fire Department and started my journey into a very busy FD Life. They injured me in the military reserves in 2007, and I was in a wheelchair. Finally, a year later, being able to walk again, I started helping veterans find God and one call will do whatever you need, we will do it. Then fast forward to the years. I read a book called The "Rescuer", and it spoke to me. This LA firefighter had gone through what I did. He also had PTSD and then found God again; then I said to myself, who ministers to these men in the fire service? So I became a chaplain after talking to my pastor. I have several ministries now, chaplain to the fire service, chaplain to the Critical incident stress Debriefing in western NY, for bad calls in the fire service. I went to school at the University of Maryland for CISD training by Dr. Jefferies, I went to Light University and got my MHC, then excelled in grief and trauma, and suicide. 34 Firefighters and 22 service members are killing themselves a day., I wanted to help. I also became a crisis response chaplain with the Red Cross. A dementia ward and hospice chaplain. I dealt with quite a bit of trauma, and after becoming a professional life coach, I started to coach at home and through telehealth and through the Chapel church in western NY. I do a lot of coaching. God has me right where he needs me, and the holy ghost helps me with my gift from God. God gave me this gift. He allows me to have it. He uses me wherever he seems fit to. The glory goes to God for taking me on this journey, but had I not gone through my own trauma and not being able to walk almost dying several times in the fire service, I would have gone right instead of left and God saved me. Now I am able to viserioly meet my clients face to face with understanding as I went through it as well. With God leading the way. This gives me credence in what I do. I work closely with the Trinity.
Describe your Life Coaching practice/ministry and how you incorporate biblical principles, as well as spiritual practices and disciplines in your coaching activities (e.g., prayer, the use of Scripture, meditation, worship, solitude, etc.) | I start with the client for the first through sessions after I ask them how bad do you want to change. Then I sit and actively listen to what the client says for the next 4 sessions. Then I have them start to journal as homework and start setting goals. I then ask them to journal about their walk with God. Depending on what response I get we will talk slowly and steady about the word then get into it. I will give them scripture to write about as it applies to their life and then we discuss it next session to see if they understadnd the goal and to clerify just how is this in your life right now. I continue with scripture, prayers, journalling. Get them in the habit then set lofty goals that are achievable. When we reach goals we celibrate with Cake. We start with prayer and we end with prayer each session. I keep my boundries as I have a second phone, they do not get my number so as to keep the distant. If they have a crisis while the phone is off I have a message about dialing 911, calling a crisis care line as a message on the phone. I have referal lists If there is something to be worked on that is not in my scope of practise as a Prof Life Coach
