Instructions

Please define/describe your thoughts and beliefs on the following questions.

Who is Jesus Christ to you?

First he is my Creator. He created me in his image. Then he is my Savior. My sin separated me from God. God sent Jesus, his son, to Earth as a baby. He came to Earth as a human baby, lead a sinless life, and was crucified on the cross. He died for me. He died to pay the price for my sin so that I may be covered in His righteousness. Because of him, I can live eternally in Heaven with God.

How does a person become Christian?

Jesus says to believe and confess so believing the gospel story. Trusting Jesus as Lord and Savior thru grace alone.
God created us.
We sin.
Sin separates us from God and the penalty of Sin is Death.
Jesus is God's son and was sent to Earth as a baby.
Jesus was sinless and yet was crucified on the cross.
Jesus' death paid the penalty for my sin.
When I believe, confess my own sin, and accept that gift from Jesus, I will be saved and spend eternity with him.

Describe your beliefs about the Bible:

The Bible is the inerrant Word Of God. It is inspired by God and sufficient for Godly living and all our works. It was written by approximately 40 men over a span of 1500 years. The Bible is God's living word; it is God-breathed and gives meaning to us when we read it with the help of the Holy Spirit inside of us. It guides. It corrects. It gives hope. It gives instruction.

Describe your beliefs about the Holy Spirit:

The Holy Spirit is an equal part of the Trinity. It is the Spirit of God himself. It was the gift that Jesus left to believers when he went to Heaven after his time on Earth. The Holy Spirit lives in each believer. The Holy Spirit guides us, protects us. He comforts us. He gives us access to divine power. The Holy Spirit communicates with God on our behalf. He intercedes for us.

Briefly describe your personal faith testimony, your spiritual journey, and current walk with Christ:

I am thankful to have been raised in a christian home. My sister lead me to the Lord when I was 8. I remember vividly night after night the conversations that we had together as she explained the gospel, and answered my questions. My faith was very real to me as a child. I made a lot of bad decisions in my decades, but Jesus has always been close to me. My faith was tested as a young adult. I married a man in ministry, and within 3 months of being married, he became a drug addict. He was running drugs across the country and into Mexico. He brought, drugs, danger, pornography, and terrifying men into our home. I loved him dearly, and was devastated at the eventual loss of our marriage. I remember asking God to help me heal completely. I wanted to feel every feel and cry every tear so that I could come out of this happy, whole, and healed. Jesus... there are no other words. Jesus met me. He comforted me. He healed me. Today, I have no fear. Jesus can strip away all that I cherish, and I KNOW that I know that I know that Jesus will be there, and He is enough.

Describe your Life Coaching practice/ministry and how you incorporate biblical principles, as well as spiritual practices and disciplines in your coaching activities (e.g., prayer, the use of Scripture, meditation, worship, solitude, etc.)

9 years ago, Jesus plopped me into a Network Marketing business (against my will, but that's another story), and he gave me very fast success there. He quickly made me (too shy to speak to strangers) and my team the top team in Indiana. I was speaking at large conferences. I was teaching. I was training. I was investing in women. I knew I was doing what God wanted, but it wasn't my plan, and I fought God for 4 years about it. One day, he used the story of Moses to speak deeply to my heart, and I released the fight, and began to enjoy the work and success that God had given me. I knew my purpose there was about him. I knew my success was 100% about Him and for Him, even though I didn't really understand it.

I did a Leadership Coaching Certification earlier this year to raise my own leadership cap. In that process, I fell in love with coaching, and was desperately seeking a way to incorporate those new skills with the Word of God, and the principle truth of scriptures. I decided to pursue certification thru ICCI with the intention of stepping out of Network Marketing and into coaching. And then Jesus...

I was reading in the gospels about when John The Baptist died. I was imagining how Jesus must have felt when he was told the news. He wanted to go up the mountain and be alone with his Father. But the people came. He healed them. He taught them. He fed the 5,000. And then... he got away to be with the Father. In this story, the Holy Spirit showed me the people in front of me. The women in my line of business who are hurting, who need fed, who need spiritually healed. And I knew that God wanted me to coach inside my field.

So long story short... I want to help high achieving women in home businesses. I've seen their hurt. I see them leading and living high stress, hot mess lives. My goal in coaching is to help show them Godly order and how to put it back into their lives... God, Spouse, Family, Church. I want to help them put Godly rhythms into their home and then into their business. We open our sessions with prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to lead our conversation. I ask the Holy Spirit to help me see my client as He sees them. We use the truth of scripture to combat thoughts and direct our actions. I help them identify any thought patterns and beliefs that don't line up with scripture. We work on beliefs and thoughts to create the actions they need to get the results they want. We are working towards what God gave me decades ago... a healthy, happy, and whole heart to impact others for Christ so they can turn around and impact others for Christ. Generational impact is what motivates me. Women in these positions have a lot of influence. Walking beside them to bring their lives in alignment with God has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

I feel like coaching in this niche honors the success that God has given me in this field. Women are coming to me for help in business, and I know that their business is a door into their life.
