Education/Training Description | I have completed Christian Life Coaching Foundations I, II, and III, as well as a Christian life coaching training program called NowBloom Academy. NowBloom Academy is given very similar to ICCI's training. Classes are achieved virtually with weekly Skype meetings. 10 hours of practicum coaching also had to be accomplished. Content included; root causes of issues, prayer, learning to ask meaningful questions, what Christian life coaching is and isn't, starting your coaching business, actively listening, and healthy boundaries. We also coached co-students for practice.

How many field experience hours have you completed practicing Christian Life Coaching skills, principles, and theory? | 26
Field Experience Description | I had the blessing to coach 7 different men. Most of them were in person but some were completed on the phone. I begin coaching one man starting on March, 27th of 2023. We have met almost weekly since and are now meeting twice a month. Most clients I meet with for 60 minutes though I have done a few 30-minute sessions. One client is in the process of starting a new business and I coached him in creating a game plan. Another client's mother was dying of cancer and another had just lost his father-in-law. For those sessions, I felt like my main purpose was to just listen and support but they were some of the most impactful on me. I am still meeting with two of the seven that I have coached since March and am trying to market for more clients currently.

Spiritual Orientation and Practice | Spiritual Orientation and Practice
Instructions | Please define/describe your thoughts and beliefs on the following questions.
Who is Jesus Christ to you? | Jesus is God incarnate, fully God, and fully man. He came to Earth primarily to pay the price of sin for us, defeat sin, and be raised again so we can have life eternally, starting the moment we become believers. Jesus will never die again and is seated with God in the heavenlies. We are positionally in Christ and He in us.
How does a person become Christian? | We have to be drawn to Him by the Spirit. We pray to God to admit that we were born sinners. Believe that Jesus was God in human form, died to pay the price of sin for us, and was raised again. Then, we accept this gift and repent (turn away/change our minds).
Describe your beliefs about the Bible: | Each word of the Bible is inspired by God. It is His story. Its purpose is to lead us to Him, our need for Him, and how to be saved. It is to be used to test any teaching, God will never contradict it.
Describe your beliefs about the Holy Spirit: | The Holy Spirit is part of God. In the same way that one man can be a father, son, and uncle all at the same time. God himself is a spirit. The Holy Spirit is God Himself indwelled in us. He is the great counselor Jesus hinted about. He leads and guides us. Continues to teach us the truth and allows us to understand the Bible and God. He gives us the power to do His good works. Any works we do without Him are useless. He works on the hearts of unbelievers to lead them to accept God. We receive the Holy Spirit as soon as we become believers with His full power immediately. I don't believe that we have to be baptized by the Spirit at a later date.
Briefly describe your personal faith testimony, your spiritual journey, and current walk with Christ: | I became a believer when I was 15 years old. The Spirit had been working on me for over a year and finally helped me to grasp that He was my creator, that I was a sinner, and needed Him as my savior. I attended church, went on mission trips, and served, but wasn't really discipled until I was 30. God helped me again to understand my position in Him, how sin and the enemy work, how His Spirit works, and my freedom in Him. This totally changed my life and all I wanted to do from then on was to share the good news. My wife, son, and I embarked on a journey to become missionaries in Budapest, Hungary briefly before coming back for health reasons. Over the past year or so God has been fleshing out in my life how to be used by Him in the lives of other men through coaching and to continue to share the good news of our freedom in Christ.
Describe your Life Coaching practice/ministry and how you incorporate biblical principles, as well as spiritual practices and disciplines in your coaching activities (e.g., prayer, the use of Scripture, meditation, worship, solitude, etc.) | I have a discipleship coaching business called FreedominFaith Discipling (www.freedominfaithdiscipling.com) I currently charge a fee but feel as of late that I'm being led to make it more of a pay-what-you-can ministry. I incorporate prayer into each session and ask the Holy Spirit to guide our conversation. That He would speak through me, bring any questions He wants to my mind, and bring anything to the mind of the client that He wants to address. I pray that the Spirit would do a work in not only the client's life but mine as well. I pray for God to protect our time and conversation and myself and my family even while I'm not meeting with a client. I try to use scripture in our sessions to help the client understand who they are in Christ and show what God says about whatever situation/issue that they are currently focussing on. I pray for each session beforehand and afterward. It is just an honor to be used by God in other people's lives...
