Recovering from trauma, fear, and shame is difficult. But life coaches who are properly trained can be a key factor in helping clients heal from the past and gain hope for the future. In this course, Lt. Col. David Tharp trains alongside a team of broken, yet brave frontline survivors who understand trauma and how to help connect hurting people to the hope of Christ.

In these eight sessions, you will learn how the fruit of the Holy Spirit is your power source for helping others recover from trauma. When we fill our cup with love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, there is little room for anything else, including negative emotions, fear, triggers and past trauma. In this second course in the Up Armor series, learn how the power of Christ can empower you and your clients to depend on God as you continue on the journey towards trauma resolution.
