Recovering from trauma, fear, and shame is difficult. But life coaches who are properly trained can be a key factor in helping clients heal from the past and gain hope for the future. In this course, Lt. Col. David Tharp trains alongside a team of broken, yet brave frontline survivors who understand trauma and how to help connect hurting people to the hope of Christ.

In these eight sessions, you have a unique opportunity to receive “Advanced Individual Training” in how to care well for those recovering from trauma. This biblically based trauma recovery training will help you understand how the human brain reacts to trauma; how rest, relaxation, and authentic relationships are key to healing; and how to address tough questions like “Am I normal?” as part of the healing process. In this third course in the Up Armor series, learn how God designed us to survive trauma, and how help through people and hope through Christ can empower you and your clients to continue on the journey toward trauma resolution.
