Kari Trent Stageberg

Kari Trent Stageberg, MBA, is a speaker and author who is best known for her work on the book, The Blessing. Kari also serves as the CEO for StrongFamilies, ​a ministry she runs with her father, Dr. John Trent, to help strengthen families through God-honoring attachment or “Blessing”-centered relationships. She has worked with multiple nonprofit organizations in the areas of fundraising, marketing, and strategic planning, and also co-founded a consulting company, The Nonprofit Consulting Shop, several years ago to provide top-level training and resources to small and start-up nonprofits. Kenny Sanderfer

Kenneth Sanderfer, LMFT, is a Certified EFT Trainer who educates and trains EFT Therapists across several states. He is the founder and director of EFT Tennessee, Nashville’s center for training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. He provides EFT supervision for therapists pursuing EFT certification. As a Certified EFT Therapist, he provides intensive two-day couples therapy in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He recently co-authored a book with Dr. Sue Johnson, Created for Connection: The Hold Me Tight Guide for Christian Couples. Kenny completed his undergraduate degree in Agriculture from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He completed his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he is now an adjunct professor. He is licensed by the state of Tennessee in Marital and Family Therapy (license #564) and is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. Dr. Teri Murphy

Teri Murphy, PhD, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and an ICEEFT Certified Trainer, Supervisor, and Therapist in Emotionally Focused Therapy. A former bona fide rocket scientist, Teri transferred her systems engineering skills and strong scientific foundation to therapy, and has owned a private practice in Franklin, Tennessee, since 2012. Building on her previous career experience as well as her time as a graduate-level counseling professor, Teri has curated a fresh, systemic perspective on creating connection, deep healing, and smoothly functioning relationships. In addition to her clinical work, Teri is a sought-after speaker and loves sharing her knowledge on attachment, compassion, self-of-the-therapist, and relationships. Teri has written articles on love, self, relationships, and the science of connection for multiple national and local publications, including Simple Practice, the Tennessean, Bedlam Magazine, and Venn Magazine. She enjoys facilitating workshops on relationships, authenticity, and personal development.
