Rev. Mark Crear, PhD, is a two-time Olympic Medalist (110 Meter-High Hurdles), an Olympic Hall of Fame Member, a motivational speaker, certified counselor, and organizational consultant. Dr. Crear has over 15 years of diversified experience in multicultural competency training, diversity and inclusion, racial reconciliation, and life, relationship, organizational, and performance coaching.
