A New ICCI Website Is Coming December 8

We’re excited to share that a newly redesigned ICCI website
will launch on Tuesday, December 8, 2026.

The new site is being designed to make your ICCI experience simpler and easier, with improved navigation, a better Member dashboard, clearer training and credentialing pathways, and an improved experience on mobile devices.

As we prepare for the transition, there are a few important things we want you to know.

Most Importantly

If you currently have a course in progress, please complete it by midnight on Tuesday December 1. Your unfinished course progress will not transfer to the new website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of the most common questions about the transition.

The new ICCI website is scheduled to launch on Tuesday, December 8, 2026.

We’ll continue sharing reminders and helpful information as we get closer to launch.

We want to make it easier for you to learn, grow, connect, and navigate your ICCI journey.

The updated website is part of a larger effort to create a clearer, more helpful experience for Members—from exploring training and pursuing credentials to accessing resources and staying connected with the ICCI community.

You’ll notice several practical improvements, including:

  • A redesigned Member dashboard
  • Easier navigation
  • Clearer training and credentialing pathways
  • Simpler ways to explore courses and Specialization areas
  • A better mobile experience
  • Easier access to resources, account information, and Member benefits

You’ll still find the biblical training, credentialing opportunities, and supportive Christian coaching community you know — just in a more streamlined experience.

Yes, you may notice some changes in how training is organized and presented. The updated site will make it easier to explore courses by Specialization area, helping you find training that aligns with the people, topics, and areas of coaching where you feel called to serve.

You’ll still be able to learn from many of the same ICCI instructors and explore established training developed by key faculty members. The primary change is how courses are organized and presented to make finding the right training simpler.

If you have started a course but have not yet completed it, please finish that course by midnight on Tuesday, December 1.

Your current place or progress within an unfinished course will not transfer to the new website.

We recommend completing any courses currently in progress before the December 1 deadline.

Continue My Courses

No. Courses you have purchased will remain associated with your account and will be available on the new website.

However, your progress within an unfinished course will not transfer. Any coursework you want to retain must be completed by midnight on Tuesday, December 1.

Courses you have fully completed will remain part of your ICCI course history when we move to the new website.

The important distinction is between a completed course and an unfinished course in progress. Progress within an unfinished course will not transfer.

Yes. Certificates for courses you have already completed will remain available through your ICCI account.

We are working to transfer the important information associated with your ICCI account to the new website.

We will update this page with the final details before launch.

No. The website change does not change your ICCI membership or its benefits. Your membership will continue on the new website.

The new Member experience is actually one of the areas we’re most excited about, with a redesigned dashboard intended to make it easier to find your training, resources, account information, and ICCI benefits.

Yes. The updated website is being built to support an expanded Member experience, with easier access to your training and resources and additional tools and opportunities for ICCI members.

ICCI Members will receive a free course of their choosing at each annual renewal — a $249 value. We’re also preparing a new Find a Coach Directory that will give credentialed coaches the opportunity to be listed and discovered by people looking for a Christian Life Coach.

If you have already earned an ICCI credential, it will not be affected by the website transition. Your credential will remain valid according to ICCI’s normal credentialing and renewal requirements.

If you are currently working toward an ICCI credential, your credentialing journey will continue through the transition, and the updated website does not by itself change ICCI credential requirements.

If there is anything you need to do before the transition, the ICCI team will communicate that directly to you.

No changes to credential requirements are being made simply because we are launching a new website.

The new site is designed to make the credentialing process and requirements easier to understand and navigate.

If any separate credentialing updates affect your pathway, ICCI will communicate those changes directly.

You’ll use the email address currently associated with your ICCI account.

We’ll send you simple login instructions when the new website launches on December 8.

The ICCI Member dashboard will be temporarily unavailable while we transition account and course information to the updated website.

During this time, you will not be able to access your Member dashboard, courses, or account information. We’ll let you know in advance when the temporary downtime begins and again when the updated website is live and ready for you to access.

Yes, ICCI courses will continue to be available for purchase during the transition.

However, if you begin a course before the new website launches, remember that unfinished course progress will not carry over. Any coursework you want to retain must be completed by midnight on Tuesday, December 1.

If you purchase a course close to that deadline, you may prefer to wait until the new website launches before beginning it.

The updated ICCI website will launch on December 8. As part of the transition, access to the current Member dashboard will be temporarily unavailable while account and course information is transferred to the updated site.

We’ll communicate the timing in advance and provide instructions as launch day approaches so you know what to expect, where to go, and how to access your ICCI account.

We’ll email you when the new website is live and provide instructions for accessing your account.

Once you log in, we encourage you to explore your new Member dashboard and make sure your account information looks correct.

If anything doesn’t look right, let us know and our team will be happy to help.

The one thing to do now

There’s nothing complicated you need to do to prepare for the new website.

But there is one important action to take by midnight on Tuesday, December 1:

Complete any unfinished ICCI courses you are currently working through by midnight on Tuesday, December 1.

We encourage you to do this because your course progress will not transfer to the new site.
